Applications and Afflictions



The Applications described below were downloaded in the past for their usefulness. Some of them are yet to be fully utilized but they are worth mentioning. Please take some time to visit the apple store to see if they are still available. I have not yet created a cost-based-summary but suggest that you make use of free applications if anything to to get a feel of what good applications look like. The stuff i find most useful are the applications that help me to use older software like Windows XP, Ubuntu 10.04 LTS or the ability to share music and files across platforms. I have a list of applications that allows me to handle customer support across platforms as well as general interest applications for art and music.
Others were chosen for their ability to extend the features of previously less-useful preinstalled applications.

The Timetable and Setup  The venue of choice was great. Friends have been there before. Weddings, ICT Events and Workshops similar to this one. Education 2.0

Education 2.0 ? A few interesting but seemingly unrelated events are taking place as we speak. The internet is changing the way we think about education and the manner in which we communicate (socialize). At the centre of this dramatic change, groups like google realized a quite a while back that someone had to put all this new information in order for others to utilize. And so they invaded search and in some sense are attempting to monopolize it.  Universities and educational institutions chose not to be left behind and began initiatives in which they explored extensively the area of online education.
