Feed Readers for Ipad

Feed Readers (FeedMe)

This is currently my only feed reader. I am not convinced that RSS feeds are no more. I have found them
very useful especially as more people are resorting to creating their own content using web logs.
This is a good tool because it lets me categorize the feeds that i follow. On startup it lets me search for blogs or place the addresses in a search. Once it finds the blog it also gives me access to comments section.
It is a useful tool for writers, researchers and news people.



It also has access to other tools like video talks.

Education 2.0

Education 2.0 ? A few interesting but seemingly unrelated events are taking place as we speak. The internet is changing the way we think about education and the manner in which we communicate (socialize). At the centre of this dramatic change, groups like google realized a quite a while back that someone had to put all this new information in order for others to utilize. And so they invaded search and in some sense are attempting to monopolize it.  Universities and educational institutions chose not to be left behind and began initiatives in which they explored extensively the area of online education. Stakeholder’s consultative workshop on developing a compliance pack for MSMEs organized by the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO)

The Timetable and Setup  The venue of choice was great. Friends have been there before. Weddings, ICT Events and Workshops similar to this one. The ICT event was much broader and had quite a number of breakout rooms. The topics that was featured were myriad as were the speakers.
