The NGO and the Search for Talent

Image
Almost one year ago...to the date, i wrote and responded to a blog about the Non Governmental Organization and its search for talent. The writer at the time was concerned at the rate at which talented people get picked up by big organizations, as well as the results of this partnership . He was trying to see if the talented people are better off on their own or if they should embrace the opportunity to work with a large group. I guess you could argue the same for a small software company that wrestles in obscurity with a great idea until it is one day picked up and bought for a couple million. Fast forward a couple of years and the little company as well as its ideas are all gone. Is it a parasitic relationship or is it a symbiotic one. It is honestly up to the two groups to make the decision how to set up the agreements. It is up to the entrepreneur to make the choice if freedom will be traded for funding and if this whole process can be used to get the small business

I have also posted some of the designs  put together for a Mental Health Non Governmental Organization in Uganda. The idea was to raise funds for medication (which can be quite expensive). Beyond this though, we wanted to challenge people about words they often use in Ignorance without concern for those that are affected by certain conditions. Sometimes people do feel like their battery is a little low!

You are too depressed to connect with people?

It is one of our key messages for the masses.
